1994 Chevy Beretta no heat in heater

Engine Cooling problem
1994 Chevy Beretta 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

i have just change my cars thermostat and now my car temp. went to 3/4 of the way to hot line and my heater wont blow air on defrost but it will blow air onthe vent and heater but not on my windshield what went wrong help ??

hi bleed air from eng with bleeder in thermostat houseing or steeel line. next prob not switching from vent to def check vac hose comeing in firewall near heater hose .billymac
