1993 Chevy Beretta 93 Beretta Highbeam Switch

A female friend has a 1993 Beretta and the highbeam switch does not work. Only the low beams will light up. What needs to be replaced and how much trouble is this? I believe it is the turn signal handle that also works the headlight beams.

very easy to replace the high beam switch. its located at the base of the steering column and is connected to lever via linkage rod. a lot of times its just out of adjustment.
