1989 Chevy Beretta 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

my turn signals stoped blinking. they come on in the dash but they wont flash. we replaced the flash fuse and checked all the bulbs and they still dont work and they blink when my hazards are on. what would be the problem?

I see you replaced the flasher. Is it possible that you got a bad one?
