MY TURN SIGNAL WORKS ON THE RIGHT SIDE BUT THE LEFT LIGHTS UP BUT DOESN'T BLINK BUT BOTH SIDES THERE ARE NO BURNED OUT LIGHTS THEY LIGHT UP BUT WHEN I PUT THE HARZARD LIGHTS ON THEY ALL BLINK INCLUDING THE LEFT SIDE SO WHAT IS REALLY WRONG....?

Test the turn signal switch left side could be burned contact inside/grounded
