both of the front seat belt have locked up. one is locked all the way out and the other has just locked about an inch out. how would i take the interior panel off to get to the belt retractor? and how would i fix it? is there a reset button or will i have to take it completely out and manually fix it? thanks![img:00cb224add]http://www.2carpros.com/forum/automotive_pictures/137799_beretta_1.jpg[/img:00cb224add]

Hi there,

you should never tamper with seat belts, they are normally sealed so you can't open them up, toss them away and fit new ones, why take the chance, is a life worth it?
