passenger side head light won't work on drl or low beam it does work on high beam, have replaced the bulb and relay fuse
also right turn signal is not working right goes very fast and front light on right side is not flashing,did replace the flasher fuse , still the same

check the headlamp low relay in the fuse block underhood.

there are two relays not one:
headlamp low relay and headlamp high relay.
my point was to guide you what should be next after the head light low relay.( thanks for the reputation)
you changed the fuse , have you checked any voltage to the fuse? if there is none then the connector after the low headlamp beam is suspected.
they control the right( passenger side)
first swapp the two relays and see what happens.
if the problem still exist, make sure there voltage there when relay is energize.if there is voltage, check connector ( corroded or disconnected) after the relay.
I supose you changed the 2 fuses.
