my check engine light came on I had the code read and it says its the evaporative emission system vent control circuit intermittent?? what needs to be replaced and is it difficult

Hi there,

An intermittent fault will be a real pain to track down if you are not very familiar with auto electrical systems, you will need some testing hear, a ECU safe (diode test light) a multi meter and a variety of back probes and a fair amount of patents, if in doubt get this looked at by a mechanic.
