2004 Chevy Avalanche rumbling sound

When im driving my truck, it makes a rumbling sound and I can feel it vibrate, I dont think its the engine, when I let off the gas no rumbling sound or vibrating, this is a 2004 chevy avalanche

Does it sound like metal rubbing metal? If it's a yes it's the hub! I had that problem with mine! I replaced the hub and now it's good!
