I have air comming out of the side vents in the dash, the defrost vents on top of the dash, the vents under the steering column and the vents in the back portion of the center console but have no air comming from the vents on the front of the dash. I have verified that the the open close flapper is fully open. Request your assistance in identifying the problem.

I believe you are looking for a vacuum leak in this case. Check under the dash and hood for leaks. Also, with the engine running, you may get lucky and hear a hissing sound from where it is leaking.
let me know what you find.
