The radio has power, but no sound from any of the speakers.

Pull the radio and make sure all of the plugs going to the speakers are correct. If they are, take it to a stereo shop where they can check if there is an output from it. If there is none, the internal amp is bad and will need replaced which will cost about as much as a new stereo.
