2003 Chevy Avalanche V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I replaced the fuse and started the truck, it idles rough and has a hard time running, it only runs for about five seconds then dies. I start it again and it dies because the PCM B fuse blows.Checked wires going down to the tank, wires look good, could it have something to do with the fuel pump? Thanks for your help.

yes it could have something to do witht the pump. it could be shorting out. does the fuse say what else it runs. also check the wiring by your fuse blocks under the hood and make sure nothing is shorted out up there

Did you figure out what was causing your problem. I have what sounds like the same problem with my 2003 yukon with 75000 mi. I also know someone else that has a similar problem with their 2003 taho with 75000mi. Could this be the mile 75000 bug?
