2003 Chevy Avalanche Heater fan control

My heater fan control seems to blow on low on all selections except for number 5 which functions fine. Basically my heat or fan motor either doesn't work or holly crap. What could be the problem?

The blower motor is under the dash on passenger side. There is a small resistor module mounted near the blower motor. It has two wires that go to the motor and a connector with several more wires. Remove the large connector and check to see if any of the wires are melted. If not, let me know so we can dig deeper.
