2002 Chevy Avalanche Driveline Noise/Vibration

Started after hitting a pot hole with the right front. There is a vibration in the steering wheel. The motor seems to be working harder to effort the car through the gears. On the highway everything appears normal. It almost feels like the 4 wheel drive is engaged for the right front.
