2002 Chevy Avalanche codes

Getting codes P101, P133 and P153 and when I
went to get my state inspectiion after clearing the codes it shows "not ready". How do I test these codes?

The computer has to go through a full cycle without the codes resetting. Usually 50 miles of driving will take care of it.
