the frontend is making a howling noise, i got the van from my ex wife, her b/f is a semi mechanic, he thinks the frontend is going out, i think it's tires MAYBE upper or lower tierod , also when i step on the brake it pulls to the right, they just got done putting new front brakes on it . back to tihe front end , it is leaking some fluid i haven't looked to see if it was gear oil or something else. kinda help me here, if it is frontend then i'm going to the junkyard to get it , shawn

by the way, the van has 275,000 miles on it

ok this is a shot in the dark, by the way you're describing a howling noise and a fluid leak, i'm guessing a power steering fluid leak. possible pump, line or steering box. with the vehicle pulling while braking, possible broken motor mount. give me more details if possible.
