2004 Chevy Astro Vents wont open

My AC comes on and blows cold air, but it wont switch to the console vents. It only blows out the defrost and lower vents. It does the same thing on just vent and heater settings as well.

Most likely a broken vacuum line from the intake manifold on the drivers side to the a/c box on the pass side front of the van.It is a small plastic line that cracks/breaks all of the time.If you remove the air intake boot and filter assembly you should be able to see it
