2003 Chevy Astro Front Blower not working

the blower comes on sometimes when hitting a bump or by slamming the door. also there are a few lights that are not working on the dashboard. we think that there is a electrical short some ware on the lines to the blower.

Could be loose connection on the HVAC control assembly or a bad ground point at the right radiator support
