2003 Chevy Astro air flow stuck on defrost

No matter where the selector is set, it seems like the majority of the air is coming out the defroster. This happened one time before and a dealer fixed it.

Check for vacuum at the control head, if none , open the hood, locate the black supply line it runs off the manifold, to a check valve, to a reservoir cannister, and into the van. This line, check valve or cannister is leaking vacuum, or the actuator that controls the air distribution is leaking vacuum.
