2002 Chevy Astro The Fan not work on up just on floor

Hi there my heating system is not working on top parts only on floor. The blow engine work AC work too but only downster. Thank you for help.

You either have a vacuum leak or a vacuum hose to the HVAC that has collapsed. Check for leaks under the dash. With the engine running, you may hear a hissing sound. Also, check under the hood for the same thing. Follow the vacuum supply hose from the control through the firewall and to the intake. I have not only found them dry rotted, but collapsed.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
