when making a left turn I hear a grinding sound.What can this be?

hi mr.gains, that is mostlikely a cv joint. it will need to be replaced, eventually, however, should be done as soon as your able to afford to do it. you must check the prices first, as far as getting some estimates, be cause nine times out of ten it is actually cheaper to change the entire shaft than to just do the cv joint because it is so labor intensive to just do the cv joint
