Where do the heater/AC damper doors get their vaccumn for operation? As I select various control positions I do not see the diaphrams moving. The AC works fine. The rear AC works fine. The front damper doors stopped working yesterday.

The vacuum source should be the engine, look under the hood, find vacuum line going to firewall, backtrack line to connector, check for vacuum.
