2001 Chevy Astro sizing

i replaced both pads and rotors and calipers. drivers side caliper locked up and would not release. shut van off and the caliper released. this does not happen all the time. i applied the brakes hard and it locks up. if i break normally it does not. i belive it is only the drivers side because smoke came out of the drives side wheel area.

When it locks up, try opening the bleeder screw, if it releases, replace the hose, if no release, get another caliper.
