2001 Chevy Astro Rear door

The rear door won't open I tried the control opener I hear it click, try the key but it just won't open.
Please advise.

Sound like u have a busted door handle. To open the door u will need to go insid the van & removed the right side passenger door panel usualy about 10 phillips screws & u should be able to open the door & then replace the door handle.
