I have a rattle at slow speed acceleration. My van has 60K miles, oil gauge was jumping around for a while, but has stopped.

Hello, I'm Danny.

There are so many different things that can cause a rattle that it is hard to diagnose something like that without seeing the vehicle in person to inspect. What we usually ask people to do is take a video with their cell phone and upload it here. I suspect it could possibly be a rattle from an exhaust system heat shield like the catalytic converter or muffler. Here is a tutorial showing exhaust system components:

If you take your vehicle to any exhaust-or muffler shop I'm sure they can offer you a free inspection to help find said rattle. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
