brake lights stay on when van is shut off already replaced brake light switch this did not fix problem

Welcome to the forum, Does the high-mount brake lite stay on also? If it does, I'd have to check wiring circuit to and from the brake switch. Orange wire at the switch is hot all the time. White wire from the switch is only hot when the switch is activated.
