Your problem is distributor cap, and ignition wires. The classic symptom is that it won't start in wet weather. DO NOT buy cheap distributor cap, rotor, or ignition wires. Buy name brands like Sorensen, TRW, and Autolite. I failed to solve a problem with my Astro with Duralast distrubutor cap and Bosch Double Platinum plugs.

I will only use Autolite ignition wires and Autolite Double Platinum plugs.
