2000 Chevy Astro lack of power

I can only apply 20 % of the throttle , any more and the motor skips with no power, my fuel pump is buzzing, possibibly fuel related?

welcome to the forum. How long since a tune-up? Also, use a gage and check fuel pressure. Some of the national brand autostores used to loan out a fuel pressure gage, if you don't have one. Also, they used to check any possible trouble codes for free.
