2000 Chevy Astro high rpm

Computer problem
2000 Chevy Astro 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

engine was idling high 2000/3000 rpm all the time changed the computer and programed it and now it hit the rev limiter and wont return to idle have tried 2 other computers and no change any info to fix this problem thanks
