2000 Chevy Astro battery saver

I have a chevy astro with a gemini conversion package. It has a battery saver switch on it. I am looking for an electrical diagram so a mechanic can work on it. It won't let the car start. When the cellinoide is bypast the van will start. Can it be rewired to original wiring? Or where do i get a new cellinoide to replace it?

Contact company that converted van they will have info on wiring mods. and add on equipment. There no info for aftermarket add ons for us to reference.
