WHAT WILL MAKE THIS HAPPEN ? I'VE ALREADY CHANGED 3 VACUUM HOSES, NOW I'M TOLD IT COULD BE THE ACTUATOR, PLEASE HELP ME

try chnging the whole ac swith . go to the junkyard by the ac cluster its cheaper that way . sometimes the unit goes bad
