Just purched this van, the ABS light and the brake light stay on all the time when the van is running. I checked the ABS fuse under the hood and found someone had removed it. I reinstalled the ABS fuse and found the ABS and the brake light still stay on and now the ABS motor runs all the time even with the ignition off. Any ideas?
Also the AWD light is on, not sure if this has anything to do with the brakes.

the pump motor running all the time is probably caused by the abs pump motor relay being stuck on. try swapping the relays under the hood in the relay box.
