when i leave my 2000 chevy astro out of the garage in wet damp weather , it has difficulty starting. i've read in forums about this. what can be the problem?

Hi:
When was the van last tuned up? If moisture is a problem, it could be many things but most times it's the plug wires or distributor cap.
