my van is making alot of noise when turning and somethings loose

Hi:
That could be a lot of things. First, what kind of noise is it? Could the PS pump be low on fluid? Could there be a loose belt? If not, there could be a problem with a steering component such as tie rods, ball joints... It could also be control arm bushings. Look under the vehicle to see if anything is broken.
