1999 Chevy Astro Stabilizer link

I am trying to install the stablizer link kit on the astro. How do I get the bolt in? There is another wheel part that won't allow me to put the bolt in at the right angle above the sway bar.[img:d7abab3b8e]http://www.2carpros.com/forum/automotive_pictures/524191__1.jpg[/img:d7abab3b8e]
