1999 Chevy Astro filling fuel tank

1999 Chevy Astro 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

When I try to gas-up, the service station gas pump clicks off like the car's tank is full. What could be keeping the gas from going into the tank from the service station gas pump.

The fuel inlet hose to the tank needs to be replaced. It may be collapsed not allowing the fuel to flow properly.
