1999 Chevy Astro Fan won't blow in high speed, air stays in

I just replaced the switch assembly for the heater/AC and still have the same problem. Is there a relay I should look at, or any other thoughts?

Yes there is a hugh speed relay usually located under the hood around the blower motor.
