1998 Chevy Astro power windows

Having problems with the window going back up. replaced the motor, regular and switch and still having problem with window going up. Turn off car and it will reset and then will go up a little bit. Have to keep turning on and off the car. Is there a relay switch in the harness that may possibly be bad

Which window are you having trouble with, the driver side front?

There should be a power window circuit breaker in the fuse box, when your having problems, feel of the breaker, is it hot. It shouldn't be hot. There maybe another circuit breaker in the fuse box, with the same amp rating, you could try switching it out. I don't usually get that lucky.
