1998 Chevy Astro locks wont work

Yesterday my locks worked fine. I have vent visors on the front windows and I leave the windows open a little every night for ventilation. Last night we had a storm and there was leaves and dirt inside the van this morning ( went through space under vent visors). This morning I went out to take my kids to school and none of the doors would unlock. I have keyless entry and the remote wont work ( I can hear it clicking inside the van but it will not unlock doors). I finally got the drivers side door unlocked with the key but the sliding door and front passenger door will NOT unlock. I tried to manually unlock the front passenger door from inside and it will NOT unlock. Slinding door will unlock from inside but will not open. I can hear the locks working from the outside when I use the key but they will not open. Any ideas?
