1998 Chevy Astro battery light

1998 Chevy Astro

I just replaced the battery in my 1998 Chevy Astro-Van. Now the battery light stays on. How do i stop this? Is there a master reset button?

Check charging system and alternator as it maybe at fault
no MASTER reset switch
