1998 Chevy Astro bad coil

98' chevy astro 6cyl 142,000 mi.
truck was runing real rough 3 months ago, coil was arcing, so i replaced coil and gave it a tune-up. ran great for a bit and now truck is runing rough again and when i checked the coil, it's arcing again. is something causing coil to go bad so soon or is it just a bad coil? thanks in advance for any help.

Where is the arc coming from? Are you sure it isn't a bad wire?
