Brake pedal needs to be depressed all the way to stop the vehicle, yet brake fluid is fine. Do not see any fluid leaking from around the wheels. Any suggestions as to the problem

U might have an internal leak in the master cylinder.
First thing is bleed the braking system to make shure there is no air in the system & retry. If its still the same I would try a master cylinder !

If u have ABS on ur van! I am certain that u do, there might be an air pocket traped in the ABS unit. If u have a veh diagnostic tool you will need to activate the ABS unit in order to pass the air pocket from the unit & rebleed the system ! If u don't have 1 u will need to go to a dealer or a local repair shop & have it done there.
I hope the helps !

I am not sure how to do that. Is that using the diagnostic tester?
