i have a big water leak be hind the belt pully i have no idea what belt pully it is but you can see the rust bulid up but it used to just drip now it pours out is it my water pump? and if so how much to fix it

That is the water pump, if you can do it yourself, it's around 100.00 bucks, go to a shop, 300.00 or so.
