How hard is it to replace the rear air control switch on the dashboard?

I've attached a picture and procedure to what I think you are describing. Let me know if that is it. If you need more procedures, say for cluster trim plate, let me know and I will do my best with what information I have available to me.

Auxiliary Heater Switch
Remove or Disconnect
Instrument cluster trim plate.
Electrical connector from switch.
Switch from bezel by releasing tabs on sides of switch.
Install or Connect
Switch to bezel by snapping into place.
Electrical connector to switch.
Instrument cluster trim plate.
