1997 Chevy Astro Engine squealing

1997 Chevy Astro 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

It's a '97 Astro van, and the engine squeals from the time I turn it on, to the time I turn it off. It's coming from the fan area.

Either the belt is bad or the belt tensionier isn't tightening the belt enough.
