Have you checked to make sure the fuses are good as well as the bulbs? Also, is the parking brake switch working and adjusted properly. Many won't turn on until the park brake is released.

Let me know.

Could you elaborate on the location and proper adjustment of the parking brake switch?

It is located on the park brake assembly. You need to sort of craw under the dash to get a look at it. Once located, you just need to make sure the switch is being actuated by the brake pedal.
