1997 Chevy Astro drive train or rear end,differential ?

When i turn corner ,inside back tire seams to bind ,big noise as if the tire is not moving (only if i use the gas if i coast around corner (ok).does not matter left or right turn .the sound is so much i thought the rear end was going to fall off??????
