1996 Chevy Astro speedometer

all my gauges are working except my speedometer and my gas gauge. i cannot find a relay or a fuse to see if i have blown it or not. also i installed a new radio and it quit working also. so what do i do. where do i check for these fuses and relays.

the speedometer is controlled by the VSS (vehicle speed sensor) there must be a circuit fault somewhere ? disconnect fuel tank sender unit elec connector .. turn on ignition(not start vehicle) if gauge indicates full .. replace sender unit ... if guage indicates empty .. there is a fault at the instrument cluster .. either faulty gauge or gauge grounded in some way ..

The underhood fuse/relay box is behind the battery ..
