I have had my alignment done several times. Still have outer front tire ware. Could this be due to the camber not being adjusted??

if you have your truck alinged the camber should have been checked and adjusted if needed. Caster can also screw up tires. Or hard driving and fast cornering, especially on a van due to weight up front. Aslo have your front end checked for ball joint/idler arm/and trailing arm wear.
