1995 Chevy Astro Won't take throttle

My 95 Astro will run but will not accept throttle. It will roll away from a stop but if you give any throttle it will just bog. Van has new exhaust front to back, fuel pump and filter, plugs, wires, dist and rotor, coil, tps and mapp sensor, and egr valve.

Hello, when you open the throttle, can you tell if the system is going rich or lean?

If you have that spider fuel system, that would be the first thing I would suspect.

Forgot to mention that I replaced that as well, cleaned out the egr circuit in the plenum while I had it off. As far as it being rich or lean I would say lean. The plugs actually look good but if I step on the gas hard even tho it's not accelerating it does not backfire. It seems like if it was rich it would backfire once the unburned fuel reached the exhaust.

I've also had the fuel pressure checked and it was ok

In my opinion you need to put a scanner on it, to check fuel trims. Look at live engine data. Sometimes the live data doesn't help, but I look at it anyway.

Ok, I bought a fuel pressure tester today and when I first turn the key it goes to 50 psi while the pump is running then drops to 30 psi when the pump stops. When I start the engine it stays at a constant 50 psi. That's a bit low isn't it?

The manual says 58 to 63 psi with engine not running and only lose 3 psi when started.
