1995 Chevy Astro remove seat belt drivers side?

hi how do i remove seatbelt and casing from drivers side, is it the t50 torx bolt i can see through plastic trime, or are there something else holding it on. can seat belt mech. be serviced as it is not catching on every snatch?? failed MOT

The torx head bolt is the only thing holding the unit to the frame, but they can be a "bugger" to lossen. GM uses blue thread locker on these bolts and it makes it tough to make that first round. As far as it missing a few clicks. Usually a good spray lube will get them working without removal. Hope this helps.
